Terra di Ginestre
Terra di Ginestre is the result of a careful selection of the best indigenous white grapes, Greco 10%, Mantonico bianco 20% and Pecorello 70%.
It appears assertive in its color and flavors; it reminds a bouquet of exotic aromas and white peach . Sapid, with a full freshness and a remarkable alcoholic tone typical expression of the territory.
Terra di Ginestre is the perfect choice for main dishes, like risotto, fish and white meat.

3 VITI – Terra di Ginestre , 2016
“It has a straw yellow colour which still has chlorophyll and a lot of vivacity. The aroma is a succession of floral notes, jasmine, broom and lime blossom, then it is peach and yellow plum and a memory of frosting of confetti. Its taste is well distributed, has a freshness that supports and a slight flavour. The ending is in tone..”
